HQ is not a standard coffee shop. It is the flagship site for Coffee Cart and represents the future direction of our business built around specialty coffee, elevated hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional guest experience.
We are currently looking for ambitious and professional individuals to join the opening team at HQ.
This role will suit somebody who:
- takes pride in standards,

This role will not suit somebody looking for:
- a casual café job,
- temporary summer work,
- or a low-pressure environment.

The Role
You will work as part of the HQ hospitality team delivering:
- exceptional coffee service,
- warm and professional guest interaction,
- high standards of cleanliness and presentation,
- strong service flow during busy periods,
- and a calm, organised customer experience.
You will work closely with:
- our General Manager,
- Head of Coffee Operations,
- and ownership team.
Development opportunities are available for the right people, but progression and advanced training are earned through:
- consistency,
- attitude,
- professionalism,
- reliability,
- and performance.

We welcome applicants with previous coffee and hospitality experience, however experience alone is not enough at HQ. We are specifically looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, strong presentation, coachability and pride in their work.
