Shift patterns: Monday - Friday
Location: Gloucester

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

Leading, motivating, and developing a warehouse team to consistently meet performance, quality, and service targets
Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with site procedures, health & safety standards, and customer expectations
Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, building strong working relationships and resolving operational challenges proactively

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

A proven people manager with demonstrable experience managing warehouse teams (not suitable for step-up candidates)
Someone confident working in a customer-facing environment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A flexible and adaptable leader, open to supporting across multiple sites as business needs require
