Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gardener to join our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in horticulture and gardening, with practical experience in landscape maintenance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills to create beautiful and sustainable environments.

Responsibilities

Planting, pruning, weeding, and tending to garden beds.
Operating hand tools such as spades, shears, and rakes for routine garden maintenance.
Using power tools like hedge trimmers and lawn mowers to manage larger areas efficiently.
Communicating professionally with clients and team members.
Assisting with landscape design projects and seasonal planting activities.
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.

Requirements

Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
Physical fitness to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions.
Organised with attention to detail when performing routine tasks and record keeping.
A genuine interest in gardening and landscape aesthetics
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
