Full job description

We are a Precision Engineering Company operating in a busy sub contract environment producing high precision machined components, tooling and fixtures for the Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and many other sectors.

We are looking to recruit a CNC Miller who will need be to be able to:

- Process work by reading and understanding engineering drawings / CAD models

- Evaluate the best method to process work

- Operate, set and program Hurco VMC machines

- Overcome problems as part of a team

- See jobs through to completion

The role involves machining components from intricate one off's through to small production runs. You will be proactive and creative in your approach to work and be willing to work within a skillful and enthusiastic team.

Position - full time - Monday to Friday 7am until 4pm, overtime possible.

Starting Salary £17.00 per hour for the first 3 months, depending upon ability thereafter, the hourly rate will be reviewed again.
