Location: Hessle, East Yorkshire

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.71/hour

We’re Hiring: Gymophobics Instructors

Are you passionate about helping others? Looking to make a real difference in women’s lives?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals of all ages to join our team as Gymophobics Instructors. Whether you have previous gym experience but feel unfulfilled, or you’re ready for a rewarding career change into health and fitness, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Job Role:

As a Gymophobics Instructor, you’ll be more than just a fitness coach - you’ll be a motivator, mentor, and positive force in our members' journeys. Your role will include:

Delivering our unique exercise programmes to women of all ages
Providing ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to members
Creating a welcoming, non-intimidating environment for women to achieve their goals

Key Attributes:

A genuine passion for helping others
Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and a strong team player
Previous experience in health, fitness or customer-facing roles is an advantage- but full training is provided.
