Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient all rounder to join our team.

Please note for this role availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, matcha, iced drinks and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the till system.
Work well under pressure, we are an extremely busy cafe.
Able to work independently preparing simple food orders.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow health and safety protocols related to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience is a must. We need someone who is confident preparing and serving food items.
Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
Experience in serving customers and handling cash transactions confidently.
Food preparation skills and chef experience is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
