Hours: 30 hours per week (4 days – days/times to be agreed)
Pay: £8.00 per hour
Holiday: Standard holiday entitlement (pro-rata for 30 hours)

We are a growing furniture business specialising in quality products sold through online platforms such as eBay, as well as through direct sales. Our business combines sales, warehousing, and logistics to deliver a smooth end-to-end experience from purchase through to delivery and installation.
About the Role
This apprenticeship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across customer service, eCommerce, and operations.
From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility, supporting customers and internal teams to ensure every order runs smoothly. For customer-facing purposes, you’ll operate under the title Sales & Customer Service Assistant, giving you valuable professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating the company’s eBay store, including creating and maintaining furniture listings
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent service throughout the buying journey
- Liaising with the warehouse team to coordinate stock, orders, and dispatch
- Supporting the Operations team and Sales Manager to ensure a smooth purchase process
- Helping manage orders from the point of sale through to delivery and installation
- Assisting with handling customer issues and resolving complaints professionally
- Supporting the marketing team with content creation (product listings, promotions, etc.)
- Assisting with general office and business activities (full training provided)
A Typical Day Might Include
Updating online listings, answering customer queries, coordinating orders with the warehouse, and helping ensure deliveries run smoothly giving you a varied and practical role.
Apprenticeship Training
