Job Summary
Painter and Decorator – Social Housing New Build Sites

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team working on social housing new build developments.

Key Responsibilities

Internal and external painting and decorating on new build social housing properties
Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming
Applying paint and decorative finishes to a high standard
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with health and safety regulations
Maintaining clean and tidy work areas on active construction sites
Working independently and as part of a site team to meet deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator is essential, ideally within social housing or new build construction
Ability to produce high-quality finishes with attention to detail
Own tools and transport essential
CSCS card preferred
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work to programme deadlines
