Working from our busy Cambridge office, you'll deal with a wide variety of properties across Cambridge and the surrounding villages while becoming part of a friendly, professional and ambitious team.
The Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers move home, providing first-class service throughout the sales process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties.
- Arranging and conducting accompanied viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Progressing agreed sales through to exchange of contracts.
- Providing regular communication and updates to buyers, sellers and solicitors.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and generating repeat business.
- Working closely with our valuers to maximise every opportunity.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous estate agency experience.
- Is confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Delivers outstanding customer service.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Is organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

- Competitive basic salary (Negotiable upon experience)

- £30,000-£40,000 OTE depending on experience.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:30pm
