The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team. This hands-on role involves supporting the chefs with food preparation and maintaining a clean, well-organized kitchen. You'll play an important part in upholding our high standards of food hygiene and helping deliver top-quality meals to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
- Help with plating and presenting dishes to standard
- Assist with catering for hotel events and group bookings
- Monitor stock levels and help with ordering supplies as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not required
- Basic cooking knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Awareness of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Team player with good communication skills

- Pay: £13.00 per hour
