JLCA & AS.- LAWYERS is currently seeking an Admin Assistant/Receptionist fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in London, UK.

Overview: As the Admin Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Based in our London office, your responsibilities will include general administrative duties, managing client contact from the initial enquiry stage, supporting lawyers with casework, and handling enquiries by redirecting clients or advising them on the most appropriate services available.Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Acting as a liaison between clients and lawyers with some limited client-facing responsibility.
Recommending appropriate services to potential new clients.
Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents if required.
Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic case files.
Coordinating conference calls and video meetings.
Utilizing computerized systems for data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with billing and invoicing tasks.
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication skills.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Experience working in Law Firms is desirable.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Experience in data entry and administrative tasks is preferred.
Proven excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage deadlines and work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and willingness to be part of a team.
