We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client expectations.
- Create detailed design plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prepare 3D visualisations using tools like 3ds Max, Sketchup, and Photoshop to present ideas effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with the best solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in interior design field is essential.
- Proficiency in project management skills to oversee various phases of design projects effectively.
- Strong technical skills in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and marketing materials is highly desirable.
- Experience with 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max, Sketchup, or Rhinoceros 3D is an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical proficiency is required.
