Responsibilities
- Providing a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences using only the best products by Kuene.
- Offering specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction with our in house beautician.
- Managing appointment bookings efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Mentoring junior staff and apprentices, sharing expertise to foster professional growth within the team.
- Upselling products and additional services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Maintaining a clean, organised work station in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assisting with store management duties as required, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Skills

- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work as we will want to go into detail about a specific look you have created and how you achieved it.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Experience in store management or retail sales is advantageous.
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application confidently.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services tactfully.

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,920.92 per year
