Full time 40-45 hours a week Monday to Friday all year round
Paid for work Christmas functions and team building events
28 days holiday pro rata, includes 1 week off at Christmas and bank holidays off
The staff will work co-cooperatively, providing childcare and education for children between the ages of 3 months to 8 years.
General Duties of all staff
· To plan and prepare individual and group programme's of work and activities
· Ensure that materials required and equipment needed are checked for in advance, and are safe and satisfactory to use with children
· To share and take full responsibility for all children in their care
· To facilitate at all times an appropriate and happy learning environment. Re-enforcing positiveness and giving (frequent) due praise and recognition for all child achievements.
· To observe, monitor, assess and record child development, in partnership with the parents
· To establish and maintain good personal relationship with the Parents
To implement and follow all policies and procedures of the setting, to safeguard the children, staff and visitors on site.
