Senior Creative Technologist

LondonContractImmediate Start

We're seeking a Senior Creative Technologist to architect and evolve our generative AI production pipeline.

This is a leadership-level technical role responsible for designing scalable, production-ready systems that support high-end cinematic output. You'll shape how the studio builds, refines, and deploys AI workflows across multiple sequences and teams.

What You'll Do

Architect complex ComfyUI pipeline structures for cinematic output
Design scalable, modular node graph frameworks
Oversee model strategy, merging approaches, and conditioning architecture
Develop and deploy custom ComfyUI nodes
Write and maintain Python tooling for pipeline automation
Optimise performance and GPU utilisation
Define best practices for seeds, reproducibility, and denoise strategy
Mentor junior and midweight technologists
Evaluate and integrate emerging generative models and tools
Collaborate with VFX, production, and creative leads

What We're Looking For

Expert-level ComfyUI knowledge
Strong Python engineering skills
Proven experience building custom nodes or extensions
Deep understanding of latent diffusion architecture
Deep understanding of control systems, conditioning, and model merging
Advanced compositing knowledge
Strong understanding of film lighting and camera logic

Nice to Have

Experience with Nuke, Maya, Blender, or Unreal Engine
Background in high-end film or VFX production
Understanding of colour science and production pipelines

You are both architect and artist. You think about scalability, reproducibility, and long-term system design — and you're comfortable leading technical direction while maintaining creative integrity. Please send CV and portfolio.
