Freight Forwarder

Immingham, Mon-Friday 8.00am-4.00pm

Main Purpose of the role

DSV are seeking a Freight forwarder role within the full load dept based in Immingham , The role will have responsibility for full load import and export movements from Scandinavia.

What will you be doing?

Timely and effective communication with partners and internal departments via e-mail/telephone
Liaise with operations and overseas offices to ensure customer commitments are delivered upon
Support our internal stakeholders and execution of various administrative tasks which supports the handling of shipments.
Effective daily monitoring to ensure collections and deliveries are completed within the agreed timelines
Pro-active problem solving with customers and colleagues when issues arise
General day to day administrative duties.

About You

Posses good communication skills
Exceptional organization skills and effective time management
Attention to detail and Inquisitive
IT Literate in Microsoft Office
Problem solving
