An opportunity has arisen to join the team at Endsleigh Park as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Assistant. Originally Kingston-Upon-Hull’s only convent, Endsleigh Park has been converted into comfortable and modern living spaces, benefiting from a 48-bedroom hotel and a portfolio of onsite apartments for residential letting; all within four acres of grounds and managed by our dedicated team.
Job Overview:
All properties are occupied. Work will include, but not be limited to, various trade disciplines such as plumbing, decorating, joinery and grounds maintenance.
Applicants must have experience and knowledge within the domestic property maintenance industry, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under their own initiative to an agreed scope of works.
Flexible working arrangements available Monday to Saturday to meet the works delivery programme. Immediate start available.
