Cook Stars have a fantastic opportunity for a confident Cooking Class Leader to join us to support us in running some of our cookery classes in after-school clubs in the Norwich and Wroxham areas.
This is a role where you can work flexibly, and part time as it’s dependent on the needs of our customers.
To start with we’ll need someone:
for approx. 3-6 hours per week minimum initially (term time only)
available for after-school clubs (2.45pm – 5.30pm. Monday and Wednesday – term time only) possibility of additional hours during weekends and school holidays
willing to do more as the business grows.
You will need to be available for training during July/August with the role beginning in September 2026 (with a possibility of some work over the summer).
No teaching experience is necessary, but experience of leading groups of children in a school-based/after-school club environment is required.
Training sessions and support is provided! In addition, we supply all equipment and lesson plans – everything you will need to run your sessions confidently.
It is ESSENTIAL that you are a car driver with your own vehicle, as you will deliver the sessions from different venues in the area, and we will support you with obtaining the following (if you don't already have them):
Enhanced DBS
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
First Aid Training
We’re offering £50 per session (Each session based on pay for 3 hours in total to include shopping, prep, running session and clear up)
