Domestic Gas Servicing & Heating Installation Engineer
Salary: Between £35,100-£39,780 per annum (based on 37.5 hr week) plus overtime when available
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (No call outs)
Company van and power tools will be provided.
We are an award-winning renewable heating company based in Horsham St Faith in Norwich. We specialise in air source & ground source heat pumps, UFH and MVHR installations and are looking for an experienced Gas Safe heating engineer to join our team.
Experience and knowledge of working with heat pumps and renewable technology, we are looking for someone who has been working in the industry for at least 5 years.
Experience of working with oil (OFTEC Registered) is desirable.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Experienced heating engineer. (5 years experience preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Current Gas Safe qualifications to include CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 and CPA1.
- Unvented hot water certification.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Good general level of education.
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Good time keeping.
Desirable additional qualifications and skills:
- Experience of working with oil heating systems (OFTEC Registered)
- Knowledge of heat pump installations is an advantage and preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- BPEC qualification in heat pumps.
- Experience of training apprentices.
- Interest in being trained in MVHR.
