Role / Department

A role within the Private Equity (PE) Operations team supporting a key client. You will work with global teams to deliver accounting and operational tasks on time, meet KPIs, and manage client queries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the team, driving collaboration, performance, and clear communication
Coordinate deliverables, set timelines with clients, and ensure global adherence
Provide technical accounting guidance and act as a key point of contact for complex issues
Oversee and review financial reporting, including Board-level reporting where required
Ensure completion of statutory reporting and Guernsey regulatory requirements (FRR/LRR)
Manage fund activities including valuations, distributions, and capital calls
Support internal reporting and identify process improvements

Client & Team Management

Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams
Resolve queries, attend meetings, and present updates where needed
Support team workload, monitor mailboxes, and assist across tasks
Contribute to new business discussions and fee reviews

General

Act as an authorised signatory
Contribute to team priorities and projects
Maintain knowledge of Guernsey regulations and fund administration practices

Skills / Qualifications

ACA/ACCA qualified; knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
Understanding of Guernsey regulatory environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership, problem-solving, and organisational ability
Advanced Excel; Investran beneficial
Self-starter, flexible, and able to work under pressure
