Job Title: Housekeeper - Holiday Rental Properties

Company: Rowes Retreats

Location: Falmouth, Penryn and surrounding areas, Cornwall

Work Type: Part-time/Flexible Hours

Pay: £15-£60 per property (based on size), averaging £15-20/hour

About Rowes Retreats:

We're a local, family-owned holiday rental company specializing in premium properties across Cornwall. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards across our 25+ property portfolio.

The Role:

Join our dedicated housekeeping team and help create the "wow factor" for guests staying in beautiful holiday properties. You'll be responsible for preparing stunning homes for new arrivals, ensuring every property meets our five-star standards.

What We Offer:

- Competitive pay: £15 (1-bed) to £60 (4-bed properties)

- Flexible working hours (typically 10:30am-3:30pm)

- Choose your own changeovers - work when it suits you

- £50 monthly performance bonus based on performance review

- No set changeover days - maximum flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

- Deep cleaning and preparing holiday rental properties between guests

- Following detailed checklists to ensure five-star standards

- Attention to detail in presentation and cleanliness

- Working efficiently within time constraints

- Communicating any maintenance issues to management

What We're Looking For:

- Hardworking individual with strong work ethic

- Stable job history demonstrating reliability

- Experience in housekeeping/cleaning (preferred but not essential)

- Takes initiative and works independently

- Exceptional attention to detail (essential)

- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure

- Full drivers licence and access to transport to travel between properties and our facilities in Penryn (preferred but not essential for the right candidates)
