At Chameleon Services, we understand that flexibility matters.
We are a 7-day operation, providing services throughout the week across domestic properties, commercial premises, holiday accommodation, and managed sites. As a result, we have a variety of shifts available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Weekend work is available but is not a requirement for all positions. We welcome applications from individuals seeking weekday-only work, school-friendly hours, part-time opportunities, or additional hours around existing commitments.

About the Role
We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and professional individuals to join our growing team as Property Services Operatives.
This is a varied role that can involve working across different areas of the business, depending on your skills, experience, and availability. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high standards.
Typical Duties May Include
Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Domestic cleaning in private homes
- Housekeeping and changeover services in holiday accommodation
- Commercial cleaning in offices, retail units, and business premises
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and communal spaces
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitising surfaces
- Preparing accommodation and properties to a high standard
- Replenishing supplies and consumables where required
Property & Grounds Support
- Grounds maintenance and outdoor upkeep
- Litter picking and maintaining external areas
- Supporting seasonal maintenance tasks
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns
- Assisting with general property presentation and upkeep
General Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent standards of service and presentation
- Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
- Working efficiently, safely, and professionally
- Representing Chameleon Services positively when working on client sites
- Providing excellent customer service at all times

Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Ability to undertake cleaning and general property service duties
- Flexibility to work hours that suit both your availability and business needs
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, facilities services, grounds maintenance, property services, or similar roles
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
