Love vintage clothing and looking for a hands-on, behind the scenes role?

We’re looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join the Sweatstash team. This role focuses on practical, structured studio tasks and suits someone who takes pride in doing things properly.

You don’t need any previous experience - but you do need a strong work ethic, good time management, and excellent attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who values routine, works accurately, and consistently completes tasks to a high standard within a small, focused team.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys being trusted with responsibility and contributing to the smooth day to day running of a small business.

About Us

Based in Stockport, Greater Manchester, Sweatstash is an online vintage clothing store with over 29,000 sales on Depop. We currently process over 300 quality items per week. We specialise in vintage casual and sportswear!

What You’ll Be Doing

Steaming and preparing clothing items for photography
Measuring items accurately
Picking and packing customer orders
Whatnot live streams for clearance stock
Keeping the studio clean, tidy, and organised

Working Hours

Part-time, 2 days per week. Has the possibility to extend.

Weekly schedule as follows:

Mondays & Tuesdays: 9:00am – 4:30pm

Applicants must be able to reliably commit to the scheduled days and times.

Interviews will take place 1st week of July

Proposed start date - 17th July (this will be a training day)

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Strong attention to detail and good time management
A reliable attitude and solid work ethic
Willingness to listen, learn, and follow processes correctly
Interest in vintage and second-hand fashion
Stockport-based or able to commute easily
Age 18+

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
