Full job description

Ellis Jones Solicitors are looking for a self-motivated Administration Assistant/Front of House with a positive attitude to join our very busy but friendly Ringwood office. This role would suit someone who would enjoy working in a challenging, busy and professional environment. This role is a full-time position.

Join Ellis Jones and you will be working within a dynamic and challenging environment with a fun and supportive culture, providing a high-quality service to our clients. Our culture supports and encourages your career development with real opportunities to progress throughout the firm.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting clients when they come into the office with a professional and friendly manner
Answering incoming telephone calls
Supporting the Ringwood office with all admin tasks required
Post and DX duties
Maintaining a high level of client service at all times
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Photocopying, filing and e-filing
Assisting with archiving

Accepting client payments and photocopying ID all in accordance with the firm’s anti-money laundering procedures.

Booking and setting up meeting rooms
All other general office duties
