We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wellness, hair care/massage demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through tailored treatments, while also contributing to the overall success of the spa.
Start Date - ASAP
Need to work alternate weekends and weekday evenings
Duties
- Provide high-quality spa treatments, including scalp neck shoulder massage, headspa treatments and scalp analysis.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
- Manage bookings
- Engage in effective communication with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and communal areas.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Post on social media and client retention
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout all interactions with guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a massage/hair specialist or in a similar role within the wellness/beauty industry
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of various spa treatments, including massage and hair wash techniques is desirable
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, upholding integrity within treatments.
