As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our service delivery team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role working across multiple ecommerce client accounts, supporting the execution of digital marketing strategies across key performance channels.
You’ll work closely with senior team members to deliver campaigns, analyse performance, and continuously improve results using both established best practices and modern AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of digital marketing strategies across client accounts
- Execute campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRO and paid social
- Use data and insights to optimise performance and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to campaign planning, testing and continuous improvement cycles
- Assist in reporting, translating performance into clear commercial insights
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude etc) to support research, content creation, campaign ideation and workflow efficiency, ensuring outputs are reviewed, refined and aligned with client objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance through automation and AI-assisted processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and, where appropriate, clients
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging technologies (including AI and search developments)
- Support the wider marketing team across client projects where required
The Person
We’re looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Core Skills & Experience
- Experience across key digital marketing channels (SEO, GEO, PPC, Email, CRO, Affiliate)
- Understanding of ecommerce marketing and online customer journeys
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using common marketing platforms and tools
Modern / 2026 Skillset (Highly Desirable)
We’re particularly interested in candidates who are embracing how marketing is evolving:
- AI-assisted marketing workflows
Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar to support content creation, research, analysis and productivity
- Prompting & AI collaboration skills
Ability to effectively brief, refine and QA AI-generated outputs rather than rely on them blindly
- Data literacy & automation mindset
Comfortable working with GA4, dashboards, and using automation to streamline reporting or campaign tasks
- Content & search evolution awareness
Understanding of how search is changing (AI-generated results, zero-click journeys, content depth, EEAT principles)
- Testing & experimentation mindset
Familiar with structured testing approaches across ads, landing pages and email campaigns
- Basic technical confidence
Exposure to tagging (GTM), feeds (GMC), or working alongside developers on implementation
Tools & Platforms (Experience with some of the below)
- Google Marketing Stack (GA4, GTM, Google Ads, GMC)
- AI Tools (Chat GPT, Claude, AI Marketing Tools)
- Email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Dotdigital)
- SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Ecommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce / Magento, Shopify)
- CRO / UX tools and best practices
- Design Tools (Canva)
