We're on the hunt for a Mortgage Support Coordinator to join a rapidly growing organisation who values YOU and your progression.

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them take the first steps on their homeownership journey while supporting our Mortgage Advisors behind the scenes.

As a Mortgage Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include....

Taking enquiries from existing clients, introducers, referrals and online sources
Providing excellent customer service and responding to client queries
Building rapport with clients and understanding their mortgage requirements
Booking appointments between clients and Mortgage Advisors
Liaising with advisors to ensure client needs and circumstances are clearly understood
Managing advisors' pipelines and monitoring priority cases
Keeping in touch with prospective buyers and house hunters
Completing Agreements in Principle through lender portals
Researching lender criteria and sourcing suitable mortgage solutions
Ensuring all compliance requirements and documentation are completed accurately, including disclosure documents, FCA and GDPR disclosures, KFIs and suitability reports

We're looking for a Mortgage Support Coordinator who has the following skills and experience...

Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and administration skills are a must!
Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly
A proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively
Mortgage, financial services or administration experience would be advantageous but not essential
