Full job description

Job Overview
We're looking for a part time picker / packer to help us post our orders in our busy post room. We can be somewhat flexible around hours and days availability to fit around childcare or other commitments if needed, for the right candidate, but the work schedule must include Mondays.

The right candidate will be organised and hard-working, be a good listener and have some experience working with computers including Microsoft Excel. We're looking for a good all-rounder and quick learner as there are other duties and these will be taught on an ad-hoc basis as needs arrive.

Duties

Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stock management within the stockroom.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Assist in inventory management by keeping accurate records of stock levels.
Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and improve packing processes.

Skills

Experience with computer-based systems is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all packing tasks.
Familiarity with picking and packing processes within a mail-room / warehouse setting is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
