Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.
This role involves working as a part of our deep cleaning teams to carry out deep cleans to mainly void properties, house clean and clearances, carry out garden tidy ups and rubbish removals throughout properties in the north east of England.
Below are some of the example types of work we carry out for our customers as part of this team.
Deep Cleans, Void Cleans, House Clearances, Garden Tidy Ups, Rubbish Removals. Pigeon Guano removal, Graffiti removal and more.
Driving license preferred though not essential.
Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed, opportunities available to do 40 hours per week if desired.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
