We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager specialised in Commercial and Industrial Doors to lead our branch operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of customer service
- Develop and implement sales & operational strategies to optimise productivity and profitability
- Manage client relationships, providing expert advice on commercial and industrial door solutions
- Oversee inventory control, procurement, and logistics to meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all branch activities
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with head office for strategic planning and resource allocation
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence within the region
- Conduct regular staff training programmes to enhance skills and maintain high levels of technical knowledge
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a management role within the construction or industrial sector
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and suppliers
- Sound understanding of commercial and industrial door products, installation processes, and safety standards is desirable
- Ability to analyse operational data to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office Suite

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
