Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain, service and repair a wide range of the building services. In this role you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and compliance tasks across a patch of schools in Clacton-on-Sea, helping to create a safe and supportive setting for students and staff alike.
You will be joining our Total FM team based in Clacton-on-Sea. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.
This is a full-time position with shift patterns of 8AM-4.30PM Monday-Friday.

18th edition required.

City & Guilds 2392 Testing and Inspection qualification required.

To work collaboratively with site staff, contractors, and the wider FM team.

Strong knowledge of H&S regulations, risk assessments, and safe working practices.

Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or public sector buildings, ideally in a school or PFI environment.

Understanding of PFI contract obligations, KPIs, and statutory compliance requirements.

Willingness to undergo or already possess a valid enhanced DBS clearance due to the school setting.
