Bede's Trust requires an proactive and engaging individual to join the Sports Department as a Sports Complex Assistant working between our Senior & Prep School on a casual contract.
Sport plays an important part in the life of the School and we encourage all our pupils to develop their physical fitness. Our core sports are Cricket, Football, Hockey, Netball, Swimming and Tennis. Our facilities are exceptional with a twin sports hall, fitness numerous grass pitches, squash courts, outdoor tennis and netball courts, fitness studio, a competition-sized indoor pool, as well as floodlit water based astro-turf. An ability to coach some of the above sports is extremely desirable.
The successful candidate will engage fully with the extensive Sports programme at the school, liaising closely with the Sports Management team to assist smooth running of the programme across the trust.
This will be a varied role including assisting with running of the Sports Complex Facility (Astro, Gym, Swimming Pool and Sports Hall), being at the Front of House for Sports Events and Fixtures, admin skills would be desirable.
Essential availability - a minimum to fulfil at least three days of the below (one of which must be Saturday):
