Are you an experienced professional in property, planning, land development or environmental risk who wants to use your expertise to have a meaningful impact for wildlife? WRAS is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Trustee – Property, Planning & Environmental Risk Lead to guide us through one of the most important phases in our charity’s history.
As we explore opportunities for future land acquisition, site development and improved facilities, we need a trustee who can bring clarity, confidence and strategic oversight. You will help WRAS make safe, compliant and future-proof-decisions, ensuring that planning, environmental and construction risks are fully understood and responsibly managed.
- What you’ll lead
- Oversight of property, planning and land use matters
- Guidance on environmental and construction related risks
- Support for long term site development and infrastructure planning
- Clear, informed advice to the Board during key decision making
- Ensuring WRAS remains compliant, safe and sustainable as we grow
- What you’ll bring
- Professional experience in planning, surveying, property, land management, construction, environmental risk, or related fields
