MM Rubbish Clearance is looking for a reliable Driver / Waste Clearance Team Leader to join our growing North London team.
This is a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone professional, friendly, well-presented and hardworking who can drive the company van, help load waste, and eventually take responsibility for jobs.
The role involves house clearances, flat clearances, furniture removals, garden clearances, office clearances and general rubbish collections.
Duties include:
- Driving the company van safely around London
- Loading and unloading furniture, appliances and general waste
- Working alone, with one loader, or with a larger team depending on the job
- Speaking politely and professionally with customers
- Taking before and after photos when required
- Keeping the van clean and organised
- Following company instructions and waste disposal procedures
- Representing MM Rubbish Clearance to a high standard
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Confident driving vans in London
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Friendly, professional and well-groomed
- Great communication skills
- Must live in or near North London
- Previous experience in waste clearance, removals, delivery driving, construction or manual work preferred
Pay:
- £150 per day
- Minimum 8-hour shift
- Guaranteed minimum 2 days per week initially
- Additional days available as the business grows
- Performance bonuses available
- Paid every 2 weeks on Friday

Pay: £150.00 per day
