Full job description

We are a small, growing team based in Waterlooville, managing few care homes, home care services, and an online care platform. We are looking for a capable and highly organised office administrator/PA who can take ownership of day-to-day office operations and provide practical support to our managers and company director.

Act as the primary point of contact between the company director and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage purchases, budgets and payroll
Manage rental accommodations and holiday bookings
Coordinate meetings and ensure the director is well-prepared for all engagements.
Assist in managing communication within the healthcare facilities and with external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management tasks as needed.
Provide general support to visitors and clients.

Requirements:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is a plus.
Able to drive and willing to do site visits if necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour
