Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting the admin of our business growth initiatives and covering the weighbridge when required. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders, and have experience with Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Covering the weighbridge when required, ensuring accurate recording of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Coordinate with transport team to facilitate operations and ensure accurate record keeping
- Prepare basic Excel reports on ongoing works, reporting to the business development manager
- Support administrative duties related to client onboarding, invoicing, and documentation management
- All required training is provided

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in British English
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams alike
