Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive handles planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s products, services, and brand. The role focuses on increasing online visibility, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth through digital channels.
The position involves managing websites, social media platforms, search engine marketing, email campaigns, and performance analytics.
It will also require travel to exhibitions, customer sites and other GK Signs locations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Manage online advertising campaigns
Social Media Management
- Manage Company social media channels including, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and X.
- Content planning and scheduling
- Audience engagement
- Campaign tracking
Website & SEO Management
- Update and maintain Company website and content
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Monitor website performance and traffic using analytics tools. Such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Content Creation
- Develop digital marketing content including, blog posts, newsletters, website content, social media posts and digital advertising materials
- Content generated for both external and internal marketing
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as, Mailchimp and HubSpot
- To include campaing creation, list management and performance reporting
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analysis campaign performace and digital metrics
- Provide monthly marketing reports
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
Other
- Adhere to all Company Policies and prioritise Health and Safety “Safety First”
- Foster collaboration with other departments
- Support the Sales Team
- Work across the operational team when new products are launched to ensure the marketing campaigns are aligned
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers
- Uphold high ethical standards acting with integrity in all interactions with clients and stakeholders, complying at all times with the Company’s Values and Behaviours
- Ensure that the you adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Company’s sales process and sales cycle times
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services being sold and the industry in which the company operates in
- Offer initiatives as to how the Company can increase potential customer engagement and enhance it’s brand
- Act and behave in a way compliant with GK Signs policies and culture
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Degree or qualification in marketing
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to travel when and if required
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Creativity and innovation
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
Desirable
- Experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Basic graphics design knowledge using Adobe Photoshop
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
