Job Summary

We are seeking motivated self-employed professionals to rent chairs within our established salon environment. This opportunity allows independent practitioners to operate their own business while benefiting from a well-equipped, professional space. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and experience in beauty or grooming services, enabling them to build their client base and grow their business in a supportive setting.

Duties

Provide specialised beauty or grooming services such as barbering, eyelash extensions, or makeup application to clients.
Manage your own schedule and client appointments efficiently.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in your designated chair area.
Upsell additional services or retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable during their visit.
Engage with clients professionally, fostering long-term relationships through effective communication and personalised care.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including appointment bookings and client enquiries.
Mentor or guide less experienced colleagues when appropriate, sharing expertise in store management or specialised treatments.

Requirements

Proven experience in store management, barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or related beauty services.
Strong customer service and communication skills to engage clients effectively.
Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional within a team environment.
Excellent organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain a professional workspace.
Experience in upselling retail products or additional services is advantageous.
A professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Relevant certifications or licences for specialised treatments (if applicable).
