What You'll Do:
- Lead the overall claims strategy, operations, and performance across the organization
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve claims efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee complex and high-value claims matters while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage, mentor, and develop senior claims leaders and operational teams
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, growth strategies, and risk management
- Strengthen claims governance, policies, and best practices
- Analyze claims trends, financial performance, and operational metrics to support business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for innovation, technology adoption, and process optimization
Requirements:
- Experience in claims management, insurance operations, risk management, or a related leadership environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial awareness and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience driving operational improvements and business performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Professional qualifications or relevant industry experience are advantageous but not essential

Pay: £10,500.00-£16,500.00 per month
