Full job description

Join a team where safety meets exceptional customer service at a thriving shopping centre in the heart of Bexleyheath.

Job Title: Dedicated Security Officer

Location: arc Shopping Centre

Hourly Rate: £13.05

Hours: 0 Hours

As a Dedicated Security Officer, you will be responsible for the safety and security of Broadway, Bexleyheath, its tenants and customers. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Patrolling of a shopping centre including the surrounding area
First assistance of any incident within the Centre
Performing regular health and safety checks and logging
Providing a safe environment for shoppers in all public areas
Liaising with Store Managers and local authorities
Regular and accurate report writing
Dealing with first aid situations when they arise – Reporting all incidents to Centre Manager
Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times

Requirements:

Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification – For the right candidate Westgrove may be willing to provide Training in order to obtain a licence
A valid CCTV Licence is desirable
You must be flexible
Highly motivated
Excellent customer service skills
