Full job description

Aris Healthy Life Cafe is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista/Kitchen Staff All-Rounder to join our friendly and growing team. We are passionate about serving healthy food, quality coffee, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual who:

Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a café, barista, or kitchen environment.
Is confident in preparing high-quality coffee, smoothies, and fresh healthy food such as salads, wraps, and breakfast/lunch dishes.
Can work efficiently in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Works well within a team and maintains a positive attitude.
Has a strong interest in health, wellness, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages in line with company standards.
Assist with food preparation while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service at the counter and throughout the café.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and service areas.
Assist with stock rotation and ordering supplies.
Support day-to-day café operations effectively.

Supervisor / Management Opportunities

Candidates with strong leadership skills and relevant experience may be considered for Supervisor or Management responsibilities, including:

Team leadership and staff scheduling
Overseeing daily operations
Maintaining high service and food quality standards
Supporting staff training and performance
