Bronzeleaf Group Ltd is a growing arboricultural and vegetation management contractor based near Horsham, West Sussex. We deliver long-term contracts across the South East for major clients including SSEN and UKPN, alongside railway, highway, commercial and domestic tree work.
Due to continued growth and a substantial secured work bank, we are looking for motivated Utility Arborists and Vegetation Management Operatives to join our expanding team.

About the Role
You will undertake a range of vegetation management and arboricultural operations, working as part of a professional and safety-focused team across the South East.
We are looking for individuals who are:

Essential Requirements
- UA1 certification (minimum)
- UA2 (Useful)
- Ground saw tickets
- Experience within arboriculture
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
Desirable Qualifications
- Additional Utility Arboriculture units
- Chainsaw and climbing qualifications
- MEWP qualifications
- Experience working on utility or railway contracts
A Network Rail medical and Drugs & Alcohol screening and medical will be required prior to employment.
