Salary Circa £47,000 per annum

Contract type Fixed Term

Location Great Abington, Cambridge CB21 6AD (Agile; approximately 2 days a week from our office)

This is a fixed term, 12-months, full time

The Vacancy

The Marketing Cloud Implementation Manager - FTC is the subject matter expert for email delivery within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud project, providing expert insight on email and messenger channel effectiveness and standards throughout the project. The role will work closely with the implementation partner and internal project team to embed best practice on email and messaging testing, personalisation and performance. The role will work alongside the project team to input into defining a new operating model for email/SMS/WhatsApp delivery and to support teams adopting new ways of working.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the CRM lead for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud programme, driving channel best practice and shaping supporter experience and email strategy

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns
