About the Role
You’ll deliver practical, classroom-based training to help learners gain construction knowledge, achieve their CSCS cards, and move into employment. This is a hands-on role where your real-world experience will directly support people into jobs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering construction skills training (entry-level to intermediate)
- Supporting learners to prepare for and pass CSCS tests
- Practical bricklaying sessions
- Assessing learners and tailoring support to individual needs
- Providing mentoring, encouragement, and clear feedback
- Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
