Apprentice Service Advisor – Mazda, Gloucester

We’re looking for an experienced Apprentice Service Advisor to join our Mazda Dealership in Gloucester

What You’ll Be Doing

Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service
To take an active part in upholding the company's health and safety polices
Speaking to our customers about service requirements
Completing service pre calls with clients and setting expectations
Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained
Upselling of products and services
Becoming a product expert well versed with all features of our vehicles

What We’re Looking For

You will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey, this is a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9 - 4 (A - C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
Be imaginative, like a challenge and problem solving
Be a self-starter, creative, fresh thinker who is ready to represent the brand
Able to create positive customer experiences from brilliant basics to the customer wow factor.
