CFH — Church Farm Hospitality Play Nightclub Gloucester (New Launch) | Trilogy Nightclub Hereford | Hogarths Hereford | Botanic Cocktail Bar Hereford

We're growing fast, and we need someone exceptional to lead the charge. Church Farm Hospitality is expanding four of the most exciting venues in the region — and we're looking for someone who can bring every single one of them to life.

This isn't a tick-box marketing role. We want a creative powerhouse who can, edit, design, strategise, and execute. Someone who lives and breathes brand activation and knows how to make serious noise online and off.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the creative engine behind all four venues — owning the brand, driving the content, and making sure every channel is working hard.

Brand & Creative

Design stunning graphics and promotional assets using Adobe
Produce and edit high-quality video content — reels, event coverage, promos
Maintain each venue's unique identity
Lead the visual direction of all campaigns, digital and print

Social Media & Content

Own and manage organic social channels for all four venues — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
Build and execute bold content strategies that grow audiences and drive footfall
Plan and manage a content calendar across all venues
Track performance and adapt — keep things fresh, keep them working

Campaigns & Activations

Develop and execute activation plans for launches, events, and ongoing promotions
Identify and manage influencer partnerships to drive buzz
Support email marketing campaigns that connect with audiences and drive bookings

On the Ground

Be at key events capturing live content in real time
Work with venue teams to ensure everything looks and feels on-brand
Support the planning and promotion of launches and seasonal campaigns

Who You Are

Proven experience in social media, content creation, and brand marketing — hospitality or nightlife experience a big plus
Expert-level Adobe skills and strong video editing ability
A natural storyteller who understands how to speak to different audiences, mainly students, young farmers and Gen Z's
Organised, self-driven, and able to manage content across multiple venues simultaneously
Up to date with social trends, algorithms, and content formats
You don't wait to be told — you spot the opportunity and go for it
