Full job description

Collins House is a well-established, independently owned dental practice in the heart of Hereford. We are a predominantly Denplan practice with a small NHS contract, and have seven surgeries.

We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee dental nurse to join our team. Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.

You should be confident, friendly, self-motivated, reliable, professional, and posses excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and organisational skills. Experience of working with computers is essential. Reception cover may be required on an occasional basis.

Dental Nurse training requires enrollment with a training provider to undertake the Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing which is to be completed alongside your clinical duties within the practice.

This is a full time role with core hours being worked between 08:15 and 17:15 Monday to Friday. In addition to these core hours, we work a Tuesday evening until 19:15 and one Saturday morning per month. We would require the successful candidate to be flexible and available to work evening and weekend shifts when needed.

Once qualified, GDC and Indemnity costs will be covered by the practice, along with training courses to meet CPD requirements.

Denplan Care provided upon successful completion of probationary period.
