We are looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role working with metal parts, technical drawings, and press brake machinery. You will need to work accurately, follow specifications, check quality, and help keep production running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Set up and run press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to the correct specification.
- Read technical drawings and follow the right bending sequence and dimensions.
- Check finished parts for quality, accuracy, and measurements.
- Work with the production team to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised.
What we're looking for
- Experience operating press brake machinery is essential; experience with Trumpf machines would be an advantage, although training can be provided.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements.
- Confidence using measuring tools such as callipers and micrometres.
- A positive team player who works well in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
- A practical approach, good attention to detail, and a strong awareness of safety in a factory environment.

Working pattern
- 4 days a week compressed working hours
- Monday to Thursday: 6am-4:30pm (no works on weekends or Bank Holidays)
- Salary: £15 per hour
