As our Freelance Nail Technician at DKollection Spa, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, luxury nail services that leave a lasting impression on every client. Your passion for precision, care, and high standards will directly enhance our reputation for excellence, helping us build lasting relationships and elevate our beauty offering even further.
In addition to providing exceptional nail services, you will be responsible for the customer journey from their entry into the spa, providing personalised treatments, upsell of products and services and ensuring a seamless experience every time.
Overview of responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail extensions, and nail art, while adhering to high-quality standards and hygiene practices.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, concerns, and desired outcomes, and provide professional recommendations based on their individual needs.
Upsell and promote additional services, retail products, and beauty packages to clients, maximising revenue opportunities for the spa/salon.
Additional services may be performed in Beauty Therapy in line with accreditations, such as lash, brow, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting and microblading.
Skills & experience required:
Valid certification or license as a Nail Technician.
Proven experience in providing high-quality nail services, including nail care, nail art, and nail enhancements.
Wide knowledge of TGB products and treatments.
Strong knowledge of nail care products, techniques, and trends.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work well in a team to provide a fun and enthusiastic working environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the salon's schedule.
Brighton based artist or surrounding areas.
Skills & experience preferred but not essential:
Additional qualifications as a Lash and/or Brow Technician preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in lash and brow treatments, such as lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping & tinting not essential but.
Keen social skills and ability to take photos / content.
Local with existing clientele.
