Are you interested in joining an exciting agricultural business where no two days are the same? Are you looking to work for a growing company where our customers & local farmers are at the heart of all we do?

We have a number of exciting opportunities for full time Deputy Store Manager roles in all of our stores across the South West.

As a Deputy Store Manager joining our friendly Mole Avon team, your varied role will include helping to lead our store teams to give excellent customer service, organising rotas to ensure stores are well staffed at all times, and duty managing the shop floor.

The right candidate must be flexible with their working hours as our stores are open 7 days a week including weekends. There may be occasions when you may need to work early mornings and evenings as part of your role.
